Well, if there's one thing I've learned
over the last month it's that moving and blogging don't mix. At least
in my life! I'm thinking my healthiness project should have more
aptly been named “330 Days.” Moving is such a crazy, unpleasant
endeavor! Packing and cleaning a house and moving a family of seven
and then unpacking and cleaning a new house is something I hope to
never do again. Anyway, although I haven't been blogging, I have been
working. Since I started my healthiness project, I've lost 5 lbs. I
know, I know. I said I wouldn't talk so much about weight loss, but
it was no small feat to actually lose weight during such a stressful
month! My eating was less than stellar on many days, but my
exercising was consistent and that made all the difference. Here's to
another blogging start and better days ahead!
Wow! Five pounds lost during a move! I'm impressed. Staying consistent with exercise during all the craziness takes commitment! Good job. :)
ReplyDeleteHonestly, the exercise is the only thing that saved me! I tried to eat well, but many times I was just stuffing my face with whatever snack I could find. Thanks, Jenn. :)
